What's important to you? We don't judge? You want to put your hair up but your spasticity is holding you back, we can think outside the box.
You want to look at the stars but when you tilt your head back you feel like you will fall, no worries we can help with that.
Want to walk on the beach but you're afraid of falling, let's go.
As OTs, we can meet you where you are and come up with strategies to work around your challenges or together we can face your challenges head on. It depends on you and it depends on the day.
We know you can do hard things, but we also know that not everything has to be hard.
So we have moved on from handwriting and academics and moved into a whole new world of complexity and independence. Therapy for adults with cognitive processing challenges can address every day activities like cooking and dressing as well as more complex tasks like home management, shopping, or tasks associated with jobs. What means the most to you? To them? Let's navigate this new path together.
Our stroke rehabilitation program is designed to help patients regain mobility and independence after a stroke. We provide customized treatment plans that include exercises, adaptive equipment, and education on how to prevent future strokes.
Our neurological rehabilitation program helps patients with neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or ALS, improve their motor, cognitive, and functional abilities and keep doing the things that mean the most to them!
We are fighting ageism! We know that you can do it! You don't need to slow down. There are still so many adventures to be had. Our geriatric occupational therapy program helps seniors maintain their independence and quality of life. We focus on developing skills necessary for activities of daily living, fall prevention, and cognitive skills.

Everyone's brain takes in and prioritizes sensory input differently. Sensory input is our taste, vision, smell, hearing, and touch. It also includes how we move through our world and the signals that we get from our body regarding emotions, physical status, and needs. If you feel like more than 2 or 3 or these statements applies to you or significantly impacts your life, therapy might be able to help.
