School Contracts
So you have those kids...
We know the ones. The ones who shout out in class. Or maybe they seem perpetually frustrated. Are they rigid? Do they have trouble sitting still?
What about the ones whose handwriting is illegible and all over the page?
We know those kids are awesome and full of great ideas. They think outside the box and can be so creative. Sure, they need some extra support here and there to help them learn to share and bring some of those ideas to life. That's where we can come in.
We have the knowledge to figure out appropriate seating so you don't waste your money and time getting chairs that somehow make them even more distracted. We can show you how to get the most bang from your buck during movement breaks and how to support your kiddo's sensory needs without major accommodations. Oh and we can share some tools that can help your students communicate, focus, and meet their sensory needs - without being a distraction to the class.
School's are a critical natural environment for kids. They are an essential place for kids growth and we know that they learn more than academics.
We can help you teach them strategies for maximizing their communication, attention, and regulation, so they can feel comfortable and ready to take in the wonders of the classroom for the rest of their lives.
Direct Services
No therapy room? No problem. We can work with what you have. We can push into classrooms or pull out into hallways or an empty gym/playground. We may bring a few pieces of our favorite equipment or a game. We are experts at turning just about any situation or space into a therapeutic activity.
Consultative Services
We would love to provide your teachers or parents with an inservice about what we do.
